Then if you see an all jugg team take an assault and a medic too. Assault has more firepower and accuracy than a jugg and should be able to easily counter with a medic. And if you guard well the only map you'd get surrounded on would be office, where it's easy to defend your position anyway. You just gotta be smart about it, punish the enemy team for their weaknesses.

Couple things that I don't understand. Why Guards need Sniper Rifle if their job is to secure the goods and not infiltrate? I see this to be more practical as a Thief weapon instead because of it's behavior. Is there a need to keep Guards as stereotypical as possible or do they have some features that differ from their stereotypical selves e.g. a riot shield? Then I would understand the rifle going to the Guards, but even then I would prefer some other weapon and give the rifle to Thieves just in case.

Since there is already an insta-kill knife in play, I would like to see more versatile use for the crowbar. Otherwise it is just a copy that looks different.

Alternatively you could give it to Guards and rename it as Nimbat-9000 (H.Potter DBZ crossover reference), Ironbat Baton or similar that reflects their behavior. Now Guards would also have an insta-kill melee weapon that suits their faction.

Maybe also get rid of the knife (overvalued classic anyhow in my opinion), replace it with the crowbar and widen its functions e.g. to open locked doors or jam them from the other side. Crowbar is usually used to get inside or something from inside that is locked or jammed to begin with so it fits the Thieves. :)

If the knife should stay, the crowbar should not do a kill, but stun instead. This would give the Thieves another method to infiltrate without hostile casualties and open a door for another kind of maps and modes.

My favorite alternatives from all those mentioned above would be:

Crowbar
- stuns in one hit
- for the Thieves
- alternative usage:
------ jam doors and unjam them
------ break jammed doors in one hit
------ cut down windows with less sound
------ use with a wire-lift to get on the other side

Baton
- instantly kills in one hit
- for the Guards
- alternative usage:
------ jam doors and unjam them
------ break jammed doors in one hit
------ break windows in one hit
------ use as a lever in some situations

EDIT:

Alternatively favorable would be to ditch the insta-kill feature of a baton and make it stun on hit and give Guards some Rope to tie Thieves down so they are unable to do anything except hop around very slowly until a fellow loose Thief sets them free. This would also unlock a form of play for those who don't wish to kill anyone and preferably win the round by taking in all Thieves. Also the Thieves would be able to distract Guards and stun them on their way in and out. New modes would come pretty nicely around these features. :D

Instead of insta-kill crowbar, introduce another type of melee insta-kill weapon for the Guards to use while hit-stun crowbar and insta-kill knife are given to Thieves.

2nd EDIT:
Instead click here in order to read the whole thing I suggested. xD

Actually,I notice that small maps like office and mansion are best for 12 players, because you start to realize you are not a one-man army, players will be forced to play as a team or they'll get slaughtered.this 2 maps are the only ones where I can witness frequent tactics usages and some actually coordinated attacks.

Other maps are just too big, guards are forced to scattered around in pairs at best, these maps are still good, just don't get intense that often.

Good point. I would go on to make a strategy, but for something that I would design would need even more players than just 12. :)

No, like BATMAN and Cominu have said countless times, the free version is the DEMO. It's the version you play to try out the game before you buy it. If you won't buy the game there's no reason to get extra features.

How are you going to afford dedicated servers with your current playerbase size and level of sales? Will it be just a few? And in which countries will they be stationed?
